Reclaim.ai review: is AI scheduling worth it for freelancers?
Reclaim's free Lite plan versus Starter, and the discounts most people don't know about.
How this was researched: features and prices come from each vendor's official pages (linked below) as of the date shown. We have not run hands-on benchmarks for this article. Where we haven't tested something, we say so. Content is AI-assisted and researched from official sources; no hands-on testing. Reclaim.ai sits on top of Google or Outlook Calendar and automatically schedules focus time, habits, tasks and breaks around your meetings. For a solo freelancer, the free plan is the place to start.
Plans
| Plan | Price | Notable limits |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | Free forever | 1 user, 1-week scheduling range, 1 calendar sync, 1 scheduling link, limited integrations |
| Starter | $10/seat/mo yearly · $12 monthly | 8-week range, 3 calendar syncs, 3 scheduling links, unlimited integrations |
| Business | $15/seat/mo yearly · $18 monthly | 12-week range, unlimited syncs and links, webhooks |
| Enterprise | $22/seat/mo (yearly only) | SSO/SCIM, 100+ seats |
Discounts listed on the pricing page
- Students, educators and faculty: 50% off for 12 months
- Switching from Clockwise, Motion or Calendly: 20% off for 6 months
- Qualified startups and nonprofits: 20% off for 3 years
Verdict: Lite's 1-week scheduling range is the main limit. If you juggle clients across several calendars, Starter's 3 calendar syncs and 8-week range are the reason to upgrade. Students should use the 50% discount.
